All returned items purchased from the website must be returned in new, unused condition in the original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase. Please include a copy of invoice with returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and returnee is responsible for return shipping. If item is not found in as new condition, it will be returned at returnee expense. Payment will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Shipping fees will be refunded if the wrong item is received.
For items that are suspected to be faulty, please contact us within 30 days at 803-995-8843 or firstname.lastname@example.org. A RMA # must obtained prior to shipping product. If item(s) are received without an RMA#, they will be returned to the original sender at the returnee expense. If item is found to be faulty by Lead Star, it will be replaced or payment refunded including original shipping fees. All firearm sales are final and any adjustments or repairs will be covered under our warranty program. Please see warranty program for details.
